1. Order Processing

We begin processing an order after payment has been successfully completed. The usual processing time is 1-2 days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, payment verification, inventory confirmation, or additional time required because of incomplete shipping information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, complete shipping address, telephone number, and email address. Delays, returned packages, or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

2. Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for all products within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

After an order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 12-15 days. Actual delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, remote locations, carrier scheduling, or other circumstances beyond our control. Depending on the order, we may use USPS, Uniuni, GOFO Express, or Easy for delivery.

Once a package has been shipped, customers may use the tracking information provided with the order to check its status. If tracking information does not update for an extended period or the package appears abnormal, please contact us so that we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

3. Shipping Insurance

A shipping insurance fee of 2% of the order amount will be charged. This fee provides shipping-related protection for eligible orders. Coverage and claim decisions are based on the order information and actual shipping circumstances. Shipping insurance does not automatically guarantee compensation for every return, exchange, delivery delay, or shipping issue.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may contact us to request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product. Please provide the order number, product information, and relevant photos or videos so that we can review the request.

Returned or exchanged products should be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and preferably include the original packaging, accessories, and labels. Before installation or use, customers must confirm the product model, size, specifications, and compatibility with their vehicle. Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered due to customer handling may not be eligible for return or exchange.

A return or exchange must be confirmed by customer service before the product is shipped back. Items returned without prior approval may result in processing delays. Eligibility and responsibility for related costs will be determined according to the product condition, order details, and reason for the request.

5. Refund Policy

For eligible refunds, we generally process the refund within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider.
